OUR COLORADO TRIP-WE SURE HAD FUN

What a cute family

The last day of school we jumped in the van (around 10 in the morning) and took the long drive to Colorado Springs. We stopped at Scott's sister's house and visited for a day. Just across town there are some beautiful waterfalls that you can drive and hike too. We decided to go see the beauty of Colorado and went on a few fun hikes.

The kids especially enjoyed going to their Uncle Nate's job. He is a fireman for that city and we were able to have a complete tour of his station. The kids thought it was cool and he let them see and do about everything. They liked seeing where he slept and where he ate and to sit on the trucks. Thanks Uncle Nate and Aunt Missy (and of course Kaden and Aaron) for the fun time at our home.

We then headed up to Denver to stay with my aunts that live in the area. They had bought a Nintendo Wii and the kids loved playing it. They babysatthe three youngest while Scott, Ashlyn and I headed to Denver to see the musical "Wicked". If you haven't seen it it was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed every part of it. We have been having the music played in our house for the past

During our visit we had my aunts DELISH spagetthi and just enjoyed visiting and catching up. We then headed up to our old stomping grounds (Fort Collins) and headed to church to visit with lost of our old friends. We stayed with our really good friends and enjoyed being with their family. The trip was so much fun and we were glad we were able to go.
