Ashlyn on her Birthday
Ashlyn had a wonderful 10th Birthday this year. On her actual birthday she took treats to school and then we took her to dinner. She choose Noodles and Company in Orem so we headed there for the night. On our way back we heard that they were doing the BYU Radio Program right where we were. We decided to stop and see Bronco do his show. It was a lot of fun and well worth it. We got some yummy food and water. We were all able to get free BYU t-shirts, a planner, some hats and then Ashlyn and I were able to win Free BYU Jersey's. Ashlyn kept saying that she had the BEST NIGHT EVER. It was sure a lot of fun.
For her Birthday party we took her and her friends bowling. We did funny bowling like bowling through your legs, with the wrong hand, backward, etc. We only got through half the game, however, when the electricity went out. The girls didn't mind and they played some games around the alley to see if the lights would return. After awhile we had to leave because we were having pizza and cake at our home. The girls didn't mind and we headed home for a few activities there. Scott and I thought it turned out well and it was really cheap because the Bowling Alley didn't charge as a cent.
