Disneyland DAY 1

DISNEYLAND-Halloween Style

Disneyland Entrance with Halloween Decorations

Disneyland-Halloween Style

The next day we had a Yummy Breakfast at the Homewood Suites Hotel. They had the best breakfasts (sausage, waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, yogurts, etc). It was nice to have a big breakfast so we didn't eat as much at Disneyland.

We decided to go on Friday to Disneyland because we wanted to hit some of the shows. On the weekdays they don't do all the shows because it is off season. So we went to Disneyland on Friday with the idea that we would do all the shows we could. It was a fun day. The park opened at 8 so we were there ready to go. We were amazed at all the Halloween decorations. Disneyland sure puts everything into their park. No detail is left undone.

Mommy and Trey riding Peter Pan

We headed straight over to the little kids rides so we could get those over with first. We went on Peter Pan for our first ride and only waited a few minutes. (Which when we would walk by later-it was always packed). We then hit almost all the rides in that area. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a blast.

This is where Brielle took most of her naps. When we were riding Star Tours my mom watched Brielle. Elle loved this cat and wouldn't let it go. So Grandma just had to buy it for her. We took the Cat everywhere we went. It was sure nice to have Grandma. We would each take turns watching Brielle and so everyone got to ride. The older kids would sometimes ride a ride a few times each.

After that we headed over to "California Park" so we could watch the Aladdin Musical. It was awesome. My mom found us really good seats so we were up front and the big parade was right next to us. This was I think one of Grandma's highlights. We then rode several rides in this park.

Here are a few pictures of the kids hanging out in "California Park." They especially loved Soaring over California; the Screamer; and Grizzley River Run and Tower of Terror. (Well Ashlyn wouldn't go on Tower of Terror so we aren't sure if she would have liked it or not).
